In the upcoming issue of Wend, on stands May 22, I review Brian Eustis’s film, Mekong: Exploring the Mother of Waters. I spoke with Ryan today and found out that the film was recently accepted into the Telluride Mountain Film Festival, aka Mountainfilm in Telluride.

Congratulations Brian!

  1. Wicked, I’m psyched for the article and the film. The Mekong is a fascinating river – may I suggest the travelogue “The River’s Tale” by Ed Gargan to anyone interested in learning a little more and getting the juices of exploration flowing.

Indochina is one of the best places I have ever been and if you plan your trip right, you can hit the Indochina/Mekong Hash which is always a great time imh2007.com My wife and I went in 2005 for our honeymoon in Siam Reap.
