In our current issue, we had a little story about Bamboo and all of it’s uses. Craig Calfee was the first that I saw to make bike frames out of bamboo, but now there is a new company based in Portland making some sweet looking frames. They are called Daedalus custom bamboo bicycles, and from what I’ve heard they are about half the price of a frame from Craig.
