Thanks to our friends at The Goat for digging up this video that documents bike thefts in Argentina. How they found it is beyond me. In the video an artist leaves unlocked bikes in conspicuous places and video tapes them being stolen. As the project is intended to be more an artistic analysis of crime than an attempt at nailing perps, the director disguises the identity of the thieves.
I don’t know about you, but if I saw a tape of the guy who stole my bike on Youtube, I’d demand full disclosure. Art be damned.
