U.S. climate blogger Danny Bloom is feeling litigious. On Sunday the activist will file a $1 billion class action lawsuit at the International Criminal Court (ICC) against all world leaders for failiure to prevent global warming.
The lawsuit accuses world leaders of “intent to commit manslaughter against future generations of human beings by allowing murderous amounts of fossil fuels to be harvested, burned and sent into the atmosphere as CO2″³.
Whether or not the International Criminal Court, which was established in 2002 as a “court of last resort” and tries persons accused of the most serious crimes of international concern (think genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes), will even hear the trial is up for debate.

Good point, sir. Court most likely will NOT even accept the suit. Plaintiff understands that.
