I got this video sent to me by a friend. I won’t lie, it’s pretty much a partisan propaganda piece, and typically I’d avoid such issues on the Wend blog, but not this time.
This world is full of wonder. This world is imbued with so many different hues of thought, culture and beauty that this kind of crap coming out our country makes me feel ashamed. This is pure fearmongering. At Wend, we’ve been documenting the world as it is, from first person, eyewitness sources, and we see an entirely different world than many of our elected officials do. In our pages we’ve been to Iran. We’ve been to Afghanistan. We’ve been to Pakistan. We’ve been a lot of places where THEY tell you shouldn’t go. Because it’s dangerous. Because everyone there is trying to kill you.
Don’t drink the hate Kool-Aid.
