I just hope it's not like West Virginia's hemp bill. WV will let you grow it, but they require approval from USDOJ...I don't think anyone is growing hemp in West Virginia even though it has been legal for years now. A commercial hemp stamp is something like $10,000. Commercial production and utilization is still faltering. But, good for Oregon!
