In November 2006, writer Colin Beaven started the No Impact Man project, an experiment in living with no net environmental impact for a full year in the heart of New York City. Beaven did not go at this daunting task alone; along with him were his wife, two-year old daughter, and a film crew, collecting footage for the documentary. As you can see from the trailer, Beaven’s wife was not entirely enthusiastic about giving up her lattes and taxicabs for a full year, and this makes for some good entertainment. No Impact Man the movie will be released on September 4.

I hope he stopped paying taxes also.
