When you’ve grown up in the Northwest with mountains practically at your back door, it’s hard to imagine living in a place where winter powder isn’t a reality. But there are plenty of people out there who don’t live near snow, and even worse, have never even seen the white stuff. If you happen to be one of those people, you’re actually in luck! (In fact, this makes us curious… how many Wend readers out there have never seen snow? We’d love a comment below if you’re one of them.)
The Colorado Snow at First Sight Contest is offering those who have never experienced “significant snow conditions” (I wonder what “significant” is defined as…) the chance to win a 3-month paid winter vacation to Colorado. That’s right, 90 days, all expenses paid, simply to take advantage of the winter conditions. All you have to do is submit a video — 60 seconds or less — telling why you think you are ready to fall in love with Snow at First Sight in Colorado. Entries must be received by November 22.

Can I lie and say I’ve never seen snow? Really want to go on all expenses paid vacation.
Im so bummed that I don’t qualify either! I went to the site and there’s only like six videos up right now! If anything, I think your chances are good to be picked if they only end up with 40 or 50 submissions! They pick 10 to go down to Colorado to “audition” and then three people win. I like those odds!!!
