This video is a bit slower paced than the ones we normally post on Extreme Saturday, but it’s no less intense. Earlier this year William Trubridge broke the freediving world record of 88 meters (that’s 288 feet) — without fins! The video of his feat is beautiful, and truly captures Trubridge’s zen mindset that makes him a master of the sport. Although it doesn’t inspire me in the slightest to take up freediving; I’ll leave that to the pros. Watch and be amazed.
