The G-Wiz electric car, advertised as the greenest vehicle available for purchase in England, is a drivable micro machine. It’s electric engine, which produces zero direct emissions, only costs about a dollar to charge, the equivalent of nearly 600 miles per gallon. But even eco-friendly cars need to offer utility. When you look at the tiny G-Wiz it’s hard to imagine the car being able to haul its driver up a hill, much less move something more significant like, say, an obscenely large Christmas tree.

Skate park designer Greig Howe decided to show the world that his G-Wiz, though small and electric, can offer the utility of a much bigger vehicle by using it to tow a 50-foot Christmas tree from New Forest to his home fifteen miles away. He made sure to drive the tree past his Grandmother’s house along the way.

When Howe returned home he cut the tree, which was donated by the Forestry Commission, into sections to create the illusion that it was bursting out of his house.

So this guy cuts down a 50′ tree to show his environmentally friendly car can pull a big load. Then he leaves the windows in his house open to let out the heat just so it looks like his tree is exploding from the house. That makes a lot of sense.

  2. Howdy, I’m starting up a blog and I’ve started making somewhat diverse content. Do you mind if I write something about this? I will of course give you and this post due acknowledgment.
