A quick search for "Evgeny Moskalev" only returns links to this original piece. Second, the name of the university is the "Saint Petersberg State Polytechnical University," and the fact the the story gets this wrong is a red flag. (A quick visit to the university website shows that there is no such faculty member there.) People just keep recycling the original story -- no interviews, no links to any research, no corroboration. If they did so because it's a b.s. story nobody else seems to be doing it. And since FOX didn't put a retraction up I don't think they pulled it because it isn't true but rather because it is true and they don't want to be responsible for people doing it on their own. It looks like one of their original stories on the subject profiled a blogger who detailed exactly how to do it. Probably not a how-to FOX News corporate wants to endorse.
