Some are worried about children tobogganing through the snow next to “bare chested women,” while others argue that the benefit of attracting some 10,000 tourists outweighs any said concerns. Either way, the prospect of a topless toboggan race in a small resort town in Germany has people divided, and there’s no telling whether the race will continue in its natural form.
