During a year when rumors of light snowfall are hampering business at ski resorts across the country, one publicity campaign seeks to rekindle business by putting a new spin on an old adage: sex sells.
After POWDR Corp purchased Colorado’s Copper Mountain ski resort from Intrawest, it set out to boost the resort’s sex appeal with its new “swingers” campaign.
Check out what it says in the information section accompanying this video on YouTube:
Hello there. Copper Mountain here to end mountain monogamy, so come get some. There’s no question of loyalty. Oh no. Its simply time for you to ride something new and a whole lot sexier. Just grab your season pass from that other mountain, sneak over to Copper and pick up the Swingers Pass; one copper day for the easy price of $39. Thats right: Cheap and easy. Check out coppercolorado.com/swinger for details and restrictions.
Mountain sexual? I think so.
