It doesn’t take a person with 20/20 vision to notice — the Wend website looks a bit different than it used to — and we couldn’t be more excited. So, here are some of the changes we’ve made…
Perhaps the most major change is that the new site opens our readers up to new ways of navigating; by presenting stories in a condensed format on the Blog, Greenery and iWend, so that they don’t have to scroll through an entire post to get to the next. This helps give our readers the opportunity to see all of the posts at a glance, and to choose which ones they want to delve into a bit more. In addition, the Wend homepage is considerably different in terms of looks — it now contains more photos, more obvious featured posts, as well as the most recent adventure updates from our iWend Ambassadors.
Finally, the most visually unique change our website has undergone is the addition of author and iWend Ambassador photos, which now accompany each and every post that goes up. This, we think, establishes an immediate connection between readers and us here at Wend, which we like as much as you do.
