It’s summertime and the weather is just right for taking your two-wheeled ride out onto the trails. But be careful out there, because eating dirt and tumbling down hills is just as—if not more—painful as crashing on pavement.

It HURTS just to watch these. The 2nd video of the guy hitting the tree was bad, but the last one where the rider hucks over the truck and boots the landing is real painfull! Ouch!
