During the holiday season, trees around the globe stand tall and mighty–becoming the focal point of many living rooms, town squares, museums and churches. Of course, trees stand tall and mighty year ’round, all over the world, in so many different shapes, sizes and settings. And because they’re live, rather than cut, and nude, rather than decorated, they are all the more beautiful.
So, let’s step out of the madness of the season for now, forget the different ways in which we all celebrate the holidays and simply rejoice in the beauty and bounty of Trees, ‘Round the World.
If you like our ‘Round the World series, you might enjoy some of the previous themes: ice, rainy snowy rides, caterpillars, turkey, fog, autumn, costumes, coffee, waterfalls, mushrooms, lighthouses, snowboarding, rest, yoga, treehouses, campsites, barbecues, scuba diving, sailing, slacklining, spelunking, trekking, water skiing, mountain biking, sand, gliding, kayaking, climbing, buses, skateboarding, surfin’, doorways, hats, boating, gas stations, bicycles, windows, truckin’, glasses, mohawks, beer, authorities, fanny packs, Jesus, swimming, sweaters, mustaches, stairs, chess, foods, silhouettes, donkeys, outhouses, and cemeteries.
