I high school student of Hood River Valley High School was kill this week by an 18 wheeler when he noticed the truck he tried to stop by jumping off the board then tripped and fell under the wheels of the trailer. This all happened hours before his graduation. I would think the truck would only be doing maybe 10mph max.
