Do you ever have frustrating conversations with obnoxious global warming deniers like Mr. Pipik? Don’t you worry, because there’s an app for that.
In light of the UN Climate Panel’s recent mistakes, Skeptical Science has created an iPhone app that supplies you with all of the real scientific comebacks to those annoying climate-change-isn’t-real comments. For example, if someone were to tell you that Al Gore isn’t a reliable source of information, you could say:
“While there are minor errors in An Inconvenient Truth, the main truths presented – evidence to show mankind is causing global warming and its various impacts is consistent with peer reviewed science.”
Or if someone were to claim that global warming is a good thing, why not tell them:
“The negative impacts of global warming on agriculture, health, economy and environment far outweigh any positives.”
