In March, Atayne received the last bit of funding from the Maine Technology Institute necessary to begin development on their next item of eco-friendly literally made-from-trash apparel.

The last time we told you about Atayne, they were seeking your opinion regarding the design of their new bike jersey. Well, they need your help again. This time, Atayne is developing their first-ever set of shorts and they are looking for 10 guys and 10 gals to test them out.

This team of 20 adventurous eco-outdoor enthusiasts will offer up their opinions of the functionality, design, and fit of the multi-purpose shorts as they use them over the next 6–8 months.

According to the volunteer application, Atayne is looking for people that will test the “shorts through dirt, mud, and rocks…on the roads, trails, mountains, and cliffs…through rain, snow, sleet, and sun.”

Up for the challenge? Fill out the application by May 1 to be considered.
