Rivers are homes to wildlife, places for people to play, and the waterways that connect the mountains to the sea. For that reason, we love rivers just as much as the folks at Save Our Wild Salmon and Mountain Khakis. Of course, Save Our Wild Salmon has reason to love one river above all others — the Snake River — home to the Snake River sockeye salmon, who have “the most epic migration path of any salmon on Earth.” These salmon swim over 900 miles inland and climb 7,000 feet in elevation in order to spawn.

Naturally, Save Our Wild Salmon knows that you probably have your own favorite river, whatever the reason may be. And if you happen to have a favorite river in mind, you’re already half way through the process of entering the Save Our Wild Salmon contest to win a pair of Mountain Khakis. To submit, just upload a photo of your favorite river to the Save Our Wild Salmon We Love Rivers Flickr Pool, and on April 30, you could be the proud new owner of the grand prize — a pair of MK Snake River pants, pictured below!

(To win you must be a U.S. resident or have a U.S shipping address.)
