The goal on this second Wharton Leadership Ventures program was to help these young women hone their leadership skills by putting them in mountain leadership roles and challenging their decision making, cooperation and community visioning skills. The runoff here in Arizona has been amazing the last few weeks! We were able to take part in it on a little 8 mile stretch of Oak Creek Canyon down in Sedona. We ran it after a long day of driving back from Santa Barbara,
