I don’t think base jumping should be forbidden, but I am pretty sure one can blame the jumpers who screwed it up when it was legal. Both hang gliding and skydiving were allowed on a trial basis and only hang gliding made it through. Talk to some of the old timers in Perris to get the scoop.
