Life to me is defined as a river . . . You are faced with an array of challenges – some days are class III, while others are full on class V. Once in a while, you need to eddy out and scout life’s options and either commit or find another path around. But, in the end, you make sure that life is about having fun and going with the flow.

I am a fitness professional, professional kayaker, motivational speaker and kayak instructor… For me, these ‘jobs’ have one, important objective in common – making a positive impact wherever I go.

Through my interaction with hundreds of people on and off the river, along with our production company, Sheer Madness Productions, we are able to share our passion and impact men, women and children through motivational speaking, documentaries of our travels, inspiring living healthy and developing new kayakers.
