I’m looking forward to sharing stories about face shots in the high peaks, sunrise views across limitless vistas, first smearing and jamming lessons, training tomorrow’s leaders and taking the kids for a walk in the woods. It’ll be my time to reflect on how (and if) my endeavors truly make a difference in people’s lives, teaching them to respect all people on the planet and be conscious of the natural world around them.

It’s snowing.

“Dude, it’s snowing.”
The flakes are soft and small and intermittent.  Hesitant, aware of their imminent demise.  There will be no sticking this time around. The effect is calming.

I can see the dog’s teeth.
What strikes me is not that the teeth have the potential to puncture skin, but that I can actually see them.
